your not on your own, got the same prob every time I put in a CD.
ReplyDeleteI figured this out already - google Microsoft updates to find one that causes blue screen of death when something that it's incompatible with occurs.
ReplyDeleteJust uninstall that update - you don't need it - and all your problems should disappear :)
it was apparently a common problem with that update.
